FAQs
When should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP no later than February 1st, 2026 using the QR code on your formal invitation or the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume that you are unable to attend and will be marked as "not attending." We would love to celebrate with you, however, we need to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.
Is there a dress code?
Yes, we have a dress code! Please kindly refer to the "Attire" section of our website for details of the dress code for all planned events.
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Because the ceremony begins promptly at [INSERT TIME] we recommend you aim to arrive by [INSERT TIME] to ensure you are seated on time.
How do we get to the venue?
We will be providing transportation for our guests to the venue if you are staying in Luca. More details to come so please continue to check the website! If you do happen to miss the transportation or prefer to arrange your own, Villa Lenka is located right outside the towns of Pisa and Luca. It is an easy and quick ride from most places in the city center. If you would prefer to book your own transportation please see the resources below [ADD TRANSPORTATION SERVICES]
Can I bring a date?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!
Passports?
Please do not forget your passports! Due to the laws and regulations of the European Union, please ensure that you check your passport expiration date. Most countries require your passport to be valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned date of departure.
What are the travel essentials I should bring?
We recommend purchasing an adapter for your electronics. To the ladies, unfortunately, European plugs do not accommodate Dyson products.
Are kids welcome?
We look forward to celebrating with you without your little ones. As much as we love them, our ceremony and reception will be adults only.
